On Sunday, September 14,2008, the community will be hosting our annual Mid-autumn Moon Festival at the Phoenix College Football Stadium. Kids from the ages of 5 to 10 will be contesting their talents on reciting the Vietnamese poetry, singing songs and show casing other unique skills. On April 27, 2008, the community will be co-hosting with Hoi Cuu Chien Binh Hoa Ky on the event of the Viet Nam Memorial Day (30/04). The event will be started at 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the location will be at Westley Bolin Memorial Plaza on Adams St. &17th Ave. See flyer in Vietnamese or English.
On April 12, 2008, Le Gio To Hung Vuong will be celebrated at 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Encanto Elementary School on 15th Ave. & Osborn Rd. See flyer in Vietnamese.

On January 07, 2007, Reallocation of the first billboard located on N.16th St. to Indian School Rd. & 17 Ave. for more visibility after 8 weeks of being published. The billboard is to be displayed for another 8 weeks at the Indian School Rd location.

On November 07, 2008, the first "Scream for Justice of a Gagged Mouth" billboard of Father Ly's Viet Nam Human Rights Case will be published in Arizona. This is our community's effort to create awareness on the human rights violation in Viet Nam. The people of Viet Nam are experiencing injustice and demanding for their basic human rights and freedom.
